活塞密封腔体L1用Y形橡胶密封圈

蕾形密封圈
该圈又称活塞杆密封圈。在往复运动的液压缸中,它是为缸套端部密封设计的。图5-35为有代表性的蕾形密封圈。
蕾形密封圈的截面结构虽不同,但密封机理基本一致。在压力作用下,通过密封圈上部的变形,在密封唇的周围产生拉伸-压缩应力,这就使密封唇被推向金属的表面,产生接触应力。随着液压的增加,密封唇变形值也随之增大,接触压力也就增大,这样就产生自封的效果。要使蕾形密封圈能在无压静止状态下也能保证密封,则要求密封唇部预先设计有一定过盈,即密封唇部截面宽大于槽的宽度,密封圈在缸套沟槽内,密封唇首先受到拉伸和压缩,由此产生预应力,件介质米饭呢个。这就是蕾形圈在零压和高压下其密封作用的原因。
蕾形密封圈是由丁晴橡胶和耐磨的浸胶织物压制而成。其特点:
(1)上部软胶,受压变形大,为密封部分,底部和密封面为高硬度胶织物层,受压变形小,为承压部分,两者结合整体弹性好,符合高压密封要求;
(2)采用高硬度胶织物,,目的在于提高密封压力,又能防止密封圈被挤入间隙,减少摩擦;
(3)胶织物表面能保持润滑,提供良好的滑动特性,保证密封面在工作期间的正常运行。
密封圈上部的软胶是密封性的关键材料,要求软胶应具有优良的弹性,压缩变形小,耐磨性能好等特点。硫化胶硬度一般要求在70~80(绍尔A)之间,但要根据使用条件及结构来选择,如采用图5-35f,g,h类型,则应使用高硬度胶料为宜。
唇部压缩率的大小,对蕾形密封圈使用效果影响较大,压缩率过大则摩擦阻力大,因而磨损也大,使用寿命短,同时有可能影响安装。压缩率过小密封性能不好,甚至产生严重泄漏,影响使用,一般认为蕾形密封圈唇部压缩率应在12%~19%之间为宜。
标准化的蕾形夹织物橡胶密封圈见图5-33和图5-34.其尺寸系列见表5-30和表5-31.
液压缸活塞和活塞杆上在往复运动中起单向密封作用的密封沟槽型式、尺寸和公差
标准(GB2879-86)中密封沟槽轴向长度规定有三种规格:L1适用于短型密封圈(图5-31和图5-32中的Y形密封圈);L2适用于中型密封圈(图5-33和图5-34中的高低唇Y形密封圈);L3适用于长型密封圈(图5-21中的V形夹织物橡胶组合密封圈)。
按沟槽的所在位置分为:液压缸活塞和液压缸活塞杆两种沟槽结构。所用符号如下:
D—密封沟槽外径;
d—密封沟槽内径;
S=1/2(D-d)—动密封沟槽径向深度;
L—密封沟槽轴向长度;
C—导入角长度;
P—活塞配合尺寸;
G—与活塞杆配合的直径;
R—圆角;
F—间隙。
